· Market your house aggressively on the internet,
· Provide a yard sign,
· Provide photo brochures,
· Provide a Virtual Tour,

· Conduct Open Houses as necessary (Optional),

. Assist you to negotiate the best possible price and terms, and

. Manage the escrow process to a timely and successful conclusion.
